General information

This course will give you a chance to play with your life issues, to explore your physicality and spirituality at a deeper level. It is a personal development opportunity that has the potential to reduce your stress, gain new body knowledge, experience heart connection with others and delight in moments of grace. On each night, we will warm up, check in and then provide opportunity for focus sessions where people can dive deeper and explore work, relationship, personal issues in a playful, creative way.
 
Susanna Pain and Janet Hartmann are leading a course of in-depth playing especially for you! 
Susanna is cofounder of InterPlay Australia and loves seeing people grow and awaken though these simple practices. Janet is a qualified Interplay leader and she and Susanna enjoy leading workshops together. Janet has found Interplay to be a gentle and fun life-changing practice. She is passionate about sharing this with others.
