Campfire Reflection
Sharing Stories and Food Round the Fire

Thursdays Nights, November 2015
The Australian Centre for Christianity and Culture, Canberra

Campfire, food and theology

General information

Inspired by Campfire in the Heart in Alice Springs, we will gather under the evening sky for a simple shared meal and conversation on a particular topic.

The meal begins at 6:30 pm. Each person brings something to share.

Conversations on the topic for the night begin around the fire at 7:30 pm. The act of sharing our story helps us to acknowledge and celebrate the simple things of our life.

All are welcome.
All welcome here
around the campfire
entranced by the smell of the smoke the play of the flames...
the spell of time taking its time watched over by the stars
captured by the moon
listening to stories
telling our own
we sip the wonder
of life's cuppa -
Noel Davis

Susanna Pain | Philosophy
My aim is to enable the transformation of individuals and communities in good times and in bad, through change and transition; to create space where people can rest and feel safe with challenges and successes.
I invite inclusiveness, grace, beauty and fun, as well as silence. I shape ritual and space that speaks to hearts and minds.
All my midwifery is undergirded by prayer.
