Rest, reflect, renew, refresh
In silence, stories, music, art, and the world around, listen, let go, open yourself to the presence of the Holy. Practice tools to simplify your life and renew your Spirit.
This is a beautiful retreat venue with stunning views. There is a maximum capacity of 30 participants due to venue requirements and so it is limited to Eremos members. New members are most welcome. All meals are vegetarian and this is a no alcohol venue.
Beginning with a simple meal on Friday night at 6:00pm we will gather and enter into the quiet and reflective atmosphere. There will be an introductory session at 7:30pm followed by gentle settling ritual.
Saturday will begin with meditation, morning prayers, and a creative reflection, followed by quiet time to rest or enjoy the beautiful setting on your own. There will be time for gleanings and meditation at 12:00pm. Lunch at 1:00pm will be followed by some free time, then a creative processing session and prayer. In the evening there will be some storytelling and quiet prayer.
Sunday’s session will include more input, creative reflection, and Eucharist celebrated by Susanna for those who wish to participate. The retreat concludes with lunch at 1:00pm.

Susanna Pain | Philosophy
My aim is to enable the transformation of individuals and communities in good times and in bad, through change and transition; to create space where people can rest and feel safe with challenges and successes.
I invite inclusiveness, grace, beauty and fun, as well as silence. I shape ritual and space that speaks to hearts and minds.
All my midwifery is undergirded by prayer.
